Advanced payment and registration is required.

Print off and fill out the registration form, mail it along with a check made out to: The Ohio State University, to this address: Learning Center East, Southeast Region Extension Office, 16714 Wolf Run Road, Caldwell, OH 43724

Registration Form

For the series of Computer Classes, a reduced rate is offered if taking 3 or more classes:

$30.00 each or $20.00 each taking 3 or more classes

Call: 740-732-2381 if you want to register by phone, you will be asked to mail your payment in at that time
