Print off and fill out the registration form, mail it along with a check made out to: The Ohio State University, to this address: Learning Center East, Southeast Region Extension Office, 16714 Wolf Run Road, Caldwell, OH 43724

Call: 740-73... if you want to register by phone, you will be asked to mail your payment in at that time
