*NOTE: State Agencies will have the $25.00 deposit waived, but the Learning Center will assess a $25.00 cancellation fee if not notified within 48 hours.
>>This fee is assessed to defray costs of repair/replacement and upkeep for the Learning Center East computer lab equipment.
Technology:
The multi-media classroom can seat up to 30 people (depending on table/chair set-up) with the following technical equipment available:
- Video conferencing equipment; live, high quality, two-way interactive voice/video technology with Document Camera
- Satellite accessibility
- LCD projector
- Wireless LAN access, T1 line for full-time, fast connectivity
Computer Lab:
- 10 desktop computers -Internet accessible, printer available, MS Office 2003, Windows XP OS
- 6 laptop computers, Wireless Internet accessible, printer available, MS Office 2003, Windows XP OS
