Eudora Lesson Plan

Tip: Eudora may be limited to 200 addresses to send to at one time. You may need to break down a large nickname grouping from your address book and send in several messages.

To transfer mailboxes and folders from one computer to another:
   You must first close Eudora, then go to Explore and find the directory for Eudora (C: Program Files, Qualcomm, Eudora). Then you'll need to copy all of the mailboxes and .toc files that you want (can copy to a travel drive). NOTE:...in addition to these mailboxes/folders-- you will need to copy the file that is Eudora.ini (if it doesn't show the .ini extension--it is the Eudora file that says Configuration Settings). Now, Explore to the same location on the second computer and copy all the files that you selected from the first computer and paste there. [The files do not show until you copy the .ini file as well.] {NOTE: Address Book is nndbase.toc and nndbase.txt files.}

Eudora An e-mail program that lets you read and compose messages off line. It includes other useful features like an inbox, outbox, nicknames instead of e-mail addresses, etc.
